Registration Fee:  $80 per person (total for the two sessions)  Payable by money order (to "Family Healthy Choices, Inc.") or by cash.  No personal checks are accepted.  In special circumstances if the Court has provided a waiver, the $5 fee must be received along with the Court-approved waiver document at the time of the registration.
