The Family Healthy Choices Parenting Education Program at Tufts Medical Center in Boston are held from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. on the dates listed below at 800 Washington Street, Tufts Medical Center, Stearns Auditorium.

We are pleased to provide instruction for Spanish speaking divorcing parents attending the program at Tufts Medical Center. Spanish speaking parents will be provided a copy of the course materials in Spanish and at specified times during each session a Spanish speaking instructor will be available to lead a separate discussion with Spanish speaking participants.

Important Information:

Each parent must attend both sessions in entirety to obtain the certificate of completion for the Court
Both parents may not attend sessions at the same time together
Children may not accompany parents to class

Registration Information:

Registration may be completed in advance or at the door on the first day of class. All registration will be completed, on a space available basis, by submitting the tuition fee at the door.

Registration Fee: $80 per person (total for the two sessions)

Payable by cash or money order (to "Family Healthy Choices, Inc."). No personal checks are accepted. In special circumstances if the Court has provided a waiver, the $5 fee must be received along with the Court-approved waiver document at the time of the registration.

How do I register?

At the door: To register at the door, simply arrive within 30 minutes prior to the class start time to complete the registration form. Provide your complete registration form and full registration fee to the on-site coordinator.

Pre-Register Online: Complete and submit the online registration form. You will be sent a confirmation of your registration by e-mail or mail. Provide your confirmation and full registration payment to the on-site coordinator up to 30 minutes prior to the first class start time.
